Requests for refunds must be made in writing by submitting the LLA Refund Request Form to the LLA Program Director. If approved, the amount of the refund will be prorated based on the part of the season expired, less the ALA insurance fees and administration fee. There will be no refund of fees after May 15 of the current season.
